HOW TO INCREASE BONE STRENGTH
High Impact Exercises:
You do not have to work out for long periods of time to improve bone strength. Short bouts of high impact exercises will work just fine. These types of exercises include running, jumping, anything that will provide a jolt to the body including the hips and spine.
EXAMPLES:
Running

Biking
Weight lifting
Any type of body weight exercises (Using our jungle gym or Train station)
Balance exercises (like Planks)
Dance
